The Chinese have plenty tips on how to eat.
Choose to eat many kinds of food nourished the body
which are normally called aphrodisiac.
The Chinese eating behavior can specified
which social classes they were in.
The food to eat and then show up
how rich one is are such as bird’s nest, crab, shark fin, etc.,
because these foods are expensive, rare, available only a certain period,
and believed to have high nutritional value.

Shark fin, one of the popular Chinese dishes,
is originally a food the concubine in the palace offered
to China emperor to nourish his power.

But in later period, it became to spread through several countries in Asia,
especially Taiwan, Japan, Korea,
or even Thailand where it’s people serves shark’s fin
as one of the Chinese dishes at their feast to embellish their wealth.

In Thai,
we called shark’s fin as shark’s ears in spite of the fact
that sharks don’t have ears to be cut out.
The average price of each shark’s fin is about 4,000 to 5,000 baht.
The highest price in the market is up to 10,000 baht
and the lowest price is at 500 baht for serving two people.
