Completion of daily tasks that tired and exhausted,

 stress accumulated for several days, affected in dull feeling.

Arriving home, put the bag down first,

light on an aromatherapy candle or burn an essential oil one fond of,

 then let the cool scent scatter throughout the home.

 Turn to open the music playing along softly

while walking into the kitchen to make a simple herbal drink,

 maybe from lemon grass, pandnus leaves, butterfly pea (Anchan),

bel fruit (Matum), star fruit (Mafuang), etc.  Focus on easy steps,

 boiling, filtering, putting a little sugar just enough for freshness.

Then, walk out to lounge among music.

 Sip water for a few minutes to put the weariness out

 before relaxing with one’s famous activities,

 such as aerobic, yoga, meditation, reading, knitting, etc.

which intend to relax and calm your mind.

After that, walk into the bathroom for hydrotherapy

 with various traditional Thai herbal recipes.

  You may use the formula mixed among bergamot or orange peel skin,

 dried basil and mint leaves, boiling together in water for 15 minutes,

filtering out the waste. Mix the formula while it is hot into bathing water

 that became warm and herbal smoldering and comfort to soak in.

 Or if that day you feel hot and cold like it will catch fever,

 another formula may be good to try.

 There are shallots, lemon grass, young tamarind leaves, bergamot skin.

 Boil these together and mix with bathing water instead.

 It helps solve cold very well.

 For some day you feel too tired to do all process,

 it is as well to mix ten drops of essential oil with warm water instead.

After enjoy soaking in fragrant warm water,

 rub your skin hardly for a better flow of blood circulation.

 Follow by a self-massage, body scrub with essential oil or lotion, as a treatment.  

Out from bathroom, if there’s any left power,

walk back in the kitchen to cook some spa style foods

 which focus on quality that is fresh non-toxic ingredients,

simple process avoiding the loss of nutrition

 and season lightly with soy sauce instead of fish sauce or salt.

 Decorate the plate beautifully,

 then sit and eat while watching movie and listening to music.

 Just doing this,

our few hours after work will turn out to time for happiness and relax.

 It is the power recharging to combat against the duty in the next day.
          

 

Who said getting the good qualitative things must always be expensive

 and spends much money. 

 It’s up to one’s mind and idea.
